Tacotel currently has ten (10) competent and well skilled Managers with excellent experience ranging from Business and Shipping Administration to Terminal Operations, Human Resource, Health and Safety, Customer Relations, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Richmond Adjei Appiah
Richmond is currently the Terminal Manager for Tacotel Ltd. He has over two decades of work experience; half of which has been spent at managerial levels in the maritime Ports and Shipping industry.

Kobina is the Commercial Manager for Tacotel Ltd.
He has experience in Business management, Container terminal and truck management, shipping and clearing agency in the logistics and Maritime industry.

Bernard Eshun
Finance Manager
Bernard Eshun is currently the Finance Manager for Tacotel Ltd. He has over 12 years’ combined experience in the Maritime, NGO, and Banking sectors. He is a chartered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.
Charles Tetteh-Addo
Internal Audit Manager
Charles Tetteh Addo has over 15 years audit and management experience in Real estate and construction, fund management, banking, and logistics. He is a chartered member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and is a student of ISACA IT Audit. He is currently pursuing an MBA program.
Christiana Can-Tamakloe
Human Resource Manager
Christiana has over 8 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in Petroleum, International NGO, and the Maritime & Shipping Industry. She is a certified Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) practitioner. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resource certification (SPHRi).
Clement Kubakwana
Plant Manager
He has over 22 years working experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the Transport and Maritime Industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain management from the Kumasi Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technologies (IET) - Ghana and a chartered member of the governing council of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport- Ghana.
Emmanuel Amoah
Operations Manager
Emmanuel has 15 years’ experience in the Logistics and Maritime industry. He played a leading role in introducing a home-grown Terminal Operating System (TOS) which has streamlined Tacotel’s inland container depot operations. He has worked with our stakeholders and multi-agency teams to revitalize the Takoradi port into a vibrant and functioning port facility with great business potential within the West Africa region.
Richard Aglago
Claims, Documentation & Statistics Manager
He has about nineteen (19) years’ professional experience in the Ports and Terminals industry, focusing on planning and managing operational resources. He is skilled in developing compelling value propositions for selected customers and business associates and managing the company’s customer service initiatives, whiles improving and also managing Tacotel’s key accounts.
Shaibu Ibrahim
HSSE Manager
He is a Vigilant and proactive Security/Safety Manager with over 19 years’ experience in Telecommunication Engineering and in the Military. His areas of work experience spans from Telecom and Academia. He has served in the Military in two UN operations, Liberia from 2004 to 2005, and was also a Section Commander and Operation-room Assistant in Lebanon. He holds an MSc. in Telecommunications Engineering and a BSc. in Telecommunications Engineering.
